Results and previews

Click a blob or say “show the result”.

If there is something to show, the blob scatters into a large frame around a web view with the result. blu looks, in order, for:

  1. a web preview the agent produced;
  2. the project’s Preview address (set it in the editor, e.g. your dev server);
  3. a localhost address from the agent’s last answer;
  4. the last HTML file the agent changed;
  5. index.html in the main folder.

In the frame you can reload, open the page in the browser, or bring up the agent’s answer over the preview. Esc or a click on the frame collapses it, and the blob gathers back.

Without a preview, the result opens in a panel next to the blob. It is split by conversations — running ones on top — and shows the progress, permission requests, the agent’s answer, changed files, and for worktrees the branch with Show in Finder and Remove the working copy.

Settings ▸ General ▸ Blob style:

  • Liquid — one glossy body that flows into a rounded frame when it scatters;
  • Murmuration — a flock of hundreds of birds; it gets livelier while working and swells when called.
